I had a decent stay at Capital Oel Regio Hotel. It's really close to the US embassy, just a couple of blocks away, which was super convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was on point, but the staff struggled with English, which made communication tricky. I also had issues with the card keys; I had to get them validated every time I left my room, which was kinda annoying.
